Prince William finally opened up about Kate Middleton’s newly-announced pregnancy. Speaking at the policing and mental health conference in Oxford, England, the 35-year-old Duke of Cambridge said in front of the dignitaries that the coming of their third royal baby is “very good news.”

However, his 34-year-old wife is once again experiencing Hyperemesis Gravidarum, but she is now being treated and resting at Apartment 1A in Kensington Palace. In fact, they are now celebrating the Duchess of Cambridge’s pregnancy, even though it is a “bit anxious to start with.”

Good news for the royal family

“There’s not much sleep going on at the moment," Prince William said (via Time) about Kate Middleton’s pregnancy.

Before the royal couple started to celebrate the good news, they first made sure that the expectant mom gets over her Hyperemesis Gravidarum.

It is a complication of pregnancy where the mother is severely nauseating and vomiting as part of her morning sickness. She, too, experienced this condition when she was pregnant with Prince George and Princess Charlotte. “She’s well,” his husband confirmed.

Prince Harry is also evidently excited with the third baby on the way. While gracing an event for the victims of the terrorist attack at Ariana Grande’s concert in May, he told the reporters that he is “very, very happy” for his brother, his sister-in-law, and being a third-time uncle. He even described the pregnancy news as fantastic and great.

Speaking about Middleton’s situation, Meghan Markle’s boyfriend believed that she would be okay. Although he hasn’t seen her for quite awhile, he thinks that she is fine.

The grand announcement

After being rumored pregnant for a long time, Kensington Palace confirmed that Kate Middleton is already expecting her and Prince William’s third baby on Monday.

In a statement, it revealed that the Royal Highnesses are very proud to announce that there will be a new baby adding to the royal family.

Of course, Queen Elizabeth II and the both of the couple's families are very pleased with the news. Middleton is expected to be less than three months pregnant. The palace announced the good news early because of her Hyperemesis Gravidarum condition.

She is now being cared at Apartment 1A of the Palace.

The joy of motherhood

Kate Middleton has yet to talk about her pregnancy. However, she already discussed the ups and downs of being a parent in a speech earlier this year.

Huffington Post reported that she revealed nothing could prepare a woman to the overwhelming experience of becoming a mother. She even described that a mom could feel mixed of emotion from happiness to love, exhaustion and worries.
