Many fans are now thrilled for the forthcoming premiere of the “NCIS” Season 15. The latest installment ended with Leroy Jethro Gibbs (Mark Harmon) and Tim Mcgee (Sean Murray) fighting for their lives in Paraguay.
Titled as “House Divided,” the premiere episode of the fifteenth season is expected to pick up with the NCIS team still looking for their missing superiors. Nick Torres (Wilmer Valderrama) and Leon Vance (Rocky Carroll) will have to face at a congressional hearing to answer questions regarding the fallout from the Paraguay mission.
The search for agents Leroy and Tim is on
“NCIS” Season 15 will have a time jump and the premiere episode is said to kick off two months after the Paraguay mission fiasco. Agents Nick Torres and Leon Vance are rumored to lead the NCIS team on a rescue mission that aims to bring Leroy Jethro Gibbs and Tim McGee back in Washington, D.C.
Spoilers have it that agents Leroy and Tim were captured by the rebels, who attacked them in the Season 14 finale. As a matter of fact, a teaser photo that made rounds earlier this month suggests that things are not looking great for the two agents.
In the “NCIS” Season 15 Episode 1 teaser, Leroy Jethro Gibbs and Tim McGee were seen fighting each other. Mark Harmon’s character is being mocked using a bat.
While some fans suggest that Leroy and Tim could possibly be blaming each other for their disastrous fate, theories claim that this could part of their plan to escape from captivity. However, it was previously reported that the duo would be able to escape the dungeon and get reunited with their loved ones.
While these speculations could possibly be true, it should be noted that CBS has yet to confirm or deny these “NCIS” Season 15 theories and predictions.
Therefore, avid followers of the series should take these rumors lightly until everything is proven true and correct.
Should Diane Neal return in the CBS show?
Meanwhile, CarterMatt suggested that Diane Neal should appear in the up and coming “NCIS” Season 15. Playing the role of special agent Abigail Borin, Diane’s character is known to have a great relationship with Leroy Jethro Gibbs (Mark Harmon).
“She hasn’t been on the flagship show since 2014, and she was most recently on the New Orleans iteration back in 2014,” the publication shared. “While we’d be happy to see her appear on either, it’d be nice to get her back on NCIS proper," it added.
