A tragedy has reminded Jenner about the importance of her father in her life and has changed her perspective on her parents. The star has revealed that she has realized that her parents are not going to be around forever and wants to appreciate the time that she has with them.
Jenner's best friend's father passed away
According to the Daily Mail, Kylie Jenner has revealed that her best friend Jordyn's father recently passed away. The celebrity opened up in the latest episode of her reality TV series "Life Of Kylie." Kylie revealed that it is very difficult for her to see Jordyn going through this kind of loss and that it has reminded her that will also experience the loss of her own father one day.
Jordyn revealed that her family is going through a very difficult time right now and that she has honored her father by getting a tattoo of the first letter of her father's name. Jenner's best friend emotionally recalled how she had to see her father in a hospital bed and that was when the reality of the situation really sunk in for her.
When revealing this to her best friend Kylie Jenner broke down crying. In a report by Just Jared, Jenner revealed this made her think of her own father as she went through her transition from a male to a female. Jenner stated Jordyn's loss was a real wake up call for her.
Kylie has admitted that she is now closer to her father

The star has revealed that their relationship is stronger than ever and that she has realized that she should not be taking her dad for granted.
Jenner has stated that she has become much closer to her father and wants to value their time together. Kylie found her father's transition from a man to a woman very difficult back in 2016 and this certainly put a strain on their relationship.
It does not help that the Kardashian siblings are not taking to Caitlyn because of what she wrote about Kris Jenner in her autobiography.
However, Kylie and Kendall Jenner have stood by their father, and are extremely grateful for Caitlyn’s continued involvement in their lives. Kylie has come to terms with her father's transition and has revealed that she has a new perspective about the importance of family that she did not have previously.
Caitlyn Jenner is very proud of her two daughters, and has revealed that it means a lot that Kylie has been spending more time with her.
