Kim Kardashian no longer feels safe in the US with Trump in the White House

Kim Kardashian talked to Harper Bazaar Arabia in an interview where she expressed her fear at the current state of the world and revealed that she no longer feels safe with Donald Trump currently occupying the White House.

Kim said that the world we're living at present is "really scary." She described that she did feel safe at home before Trump assumed the presidency. But now "you just don’t feel safe anymore,” the "Keeping up with the Kardashians" star said.

The famous reality actress also told the magazine anyone, including her daughter, can run the United States better than President Donald Trump.

She also expressed frustration as she perceives the U.S. is going backward and erasing all good results of the hard work that was done in the past.

However, Kim admits to the magazine that she is careful in expressing her politics on social media. “You have to be really careful…because a lot of things can be taken in the wrong context and I always want to be respectful, I don’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings.”

2016 U.S. election

During last year’s U.S. Presidential Election, Kim Kardashian said in an interview that initially, she was unsure who to vote for between Trump and Clinton.

She said she was convinced later and that was when she publicly expressed her support for Hillary Clinton. “I stand with Hillary.

I believe Hillary will best represent our country and is the most qualified for the job,” Kim declared in an interview with Wonderland magazine last year.

Feud with Taylor Swift

Kim Kardashian’s comment about Trump did not get a positive reaction from a member of Taylor Swift’s camp though. Josep Kahn, who directed the video of Swift’s latest single, “Look What You Made Me Do” tweeted that Kim and husband Kanye West were pro Trump in the past.

Kim, Kanye, and Taylor Swift are currently involved in a feud, which traces its history way back to September 2009 when Swift, who won the MTV’s Best Female Video Award, was interrupted by Kanye during her acceptance speech and declared that Beyonce had one of the best videos of all time.

Kim and Taylor got into feud when Kim posted a secret recording of Taylor Swift's phone conversation with Kanye on Snapchat, which seems to suggest that Taylor agreed to the use of her name in Kanye’s song “Famous.”

It was not always this way for Kim and Taylor though and before her marriage to Kanye, Kim told ET that she was Taylor Swift’s “biggest fan.”.
