ABC finally released the new official trailer for "Grey's Anatomy" season 14 on Monday, promoting the newest line up of characters of the series. The trailer just confirmed the new romances and reunions that are expected to happen this season.

Meanwhile, a new character is also slated to make her debut in the series. Maggie and Jackson also teased their upcoming reunion this season. It seemed that these two characters will take their friendship to a whole new level. Will they develop a romantic relationship? It is one of the exciting revelations that viewers should find out.

The trailer of this highly-anticipated medical drama also teased the possible reunion between Teddy and Owen.

Friendships and Reunions

According to Entertainment Tonight, this minute-long official trailer for "Grey's Anatomy" Season 14 also featured other characters like Meredith, who looked sad as she gazed at the Seattle Bay. On the other hand, Teddy appeared very happy as he reunited with Owen, a character usually played by Kevin McKidd.

The trailer also featured the admirable friendship between Jo and Abigail Spencer of "Timeless." This season is also an introduction of Spencer's character in the series. She will be the recast Megan and she was featured on the trailer trying to ask Nathan about his new found love.

It seemed that new and exciting scenes await these characters as "Grey's Anatomy" Season 14 returns on air next week.

Two-hour kick off premiere

The upcoming Season 14 of "Grey's Anatomy" is slated to have a two-hour premiere on Thursday, September 28, 8 p.m.

ET/PT, as part of the series kick-off. Further, the medical drama series will be followed immediately by "How to Get Away with Murder" at 10 p.m. on ABC.

Other series, like "Scandal", are also set to return to the network on October 5, at 9 p.m. As of now, the network hasn't revealed further details yet about the upcoming shows.

Nevertheless, it is believed to be the most exciting season of the show.

The brief trailer also featured Tailor Swift's most popular "Look What You Made Me Do" single while teasing the final season of other shows like "Scandal" and "How to Get Away with Murder" in its fourth season. This must be the luckiest line up for the Shondaland's original series as it all returns this fall on ABC.

According to Moviefone, the series Season 14, episode 1 will center on the story of Meredith and her team as they focus on helping Owen's sister. Meanwhile, on the upcoming episode 2, Meredith will be featured trying to overcome a conflict from her new plan.
