Season 7 was a huge success for HBO's most-watched TV series, "Game of Thrones." With only the final season left, "Game of Thrones" is believed to have swept everyone off their feet with incredible battles. Season 7 ended with the Night King bringing down the north wall by using Daenerys Targaryen’s dragon Viserion.
Now that season 7 is over, the cast and crew are all set to start filming for Season 8. "Game of Thrones" fans have come up with new theories for its final season, but the show has always been with full of surprises. At this moment, most of the fans believe that Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen might rule the seven kingdoms together.
Season 8 will feature more battles
The Hindustan Times speculates that season 8 may depict more battles and the biggest battle has already begun with the Night King and his army of the dead. On the other hand, the fight for the seven kingdoms between Daenerys, Jon, and Cersei Lannister is yet to continue. According to the Independent, there is a bigger reason for the army of the dead to march south. Apparently, they might have other notions than just death to humanity.
Some fans believe that the army of the dead is going directly to the God's eye. There are many assumptions for the story, but there will be a connection with the White Walkers and the Children of the Forest.
One thing that is certain is that "Game of Thrones" season 8 will have epic battles from the very beginning to the end.
Final season might show more of the Dothraki
At the start of the show, Daenerys was a prisoner of the Dothraki tribe. There has always been a connection with the Dothraki and Daenerys. That said, the final season may show more of the curved-knife men on horses. There is no doubt that the Dothraki have accepted the dragon woman as their leader, with thousands of Dothraki soldiers behind her she is one of the strongest leaders that can sit on the Iron Throne.
Daenerys also has two more dragons and the Unsullied along with Jon Snow's support. The twist in the last episode of Jon Snow being a Targaryen was unexpected.
The filming for season 8 is believed to be taking place soon. However, due to the increased size of production, the final season is rumored to be delayed.
The crew will also need to take into consideration the weather since filming takes place in multiple locations. Initially, the proposed date for "Game of Thrones" Season 8 was around August 2018. But reports state that the final season will premiere sometime in 2019.
