On Saturday, the new couple, Ben Affleck and Lindsay Shookus, were spotted walking arm in arm during a night out, together with Larry David. The trio was seen leaving a Japanese restaurant in Beverly Hills, California, probably, after eating dinner.
The 45-year old actor sported a dark suit while the "Saturday Night Live" producer wore a black, leg-baring ensemble. David kept it casual with his khaki pants and black shirt paired with a blue jacket. Several reports revealed that Affleck and Shookus have been very affectionate with each other lately.
The couple has been seen out and about in public a few times recently.
Open about the relationship
Lately, it was noticed that Affleck and Shookus started to be a bit more open about their relationship. It is known that the actor used to be married to Jennifer Garner, but the former couple decided to call it quits early this year. Affleck is not saying much about his relationship with the TV series producer.
According to Celebrity Insider, the new couple seems to be more relaxed about being seen in public. It was not too long ago that they were spotted walking hand in hand in New York City after they went on a movie dates together.
Supporting Shookus at the Emmys
People reported that both Affleck and Shookus were spotted attending the 2017 Emmys on Sunday.
It was revealed that the Hollywood actor graced the red carpet event in order to show support for the "Saturday Night Live" producer. Both were seen sitting together during the 2017 Emmys, although it was revealed that the pair skipped the red carpet earlier.
Meanwhile, reports from People revealed that Shookus went up on stage during the night as she received an award for an Outstanding Variety Sketch series.
It was further reported that "Saturday Night Live" gained a whopping 22 nominations for Emmy Awards. Meanwhile, Kate McKinnon and Leslie Jones also won respective awards during that night.
Affleck couldn't help but be proud of his new girlfriend. He was spotted many times at the event as he tried to accompany Shookus to the awards night.
Prior to the event, the couple watched the US Open Men's Finals at the Arthur Ashe Stadium in New York City.
They are no longer hesitant about showing off their affection in public. Both were seen cuddling up, while Shookus leaned towards Affleck, whispering something in his ear. On the same day, the couple was spotted sharing a dinner together in New York City.
