The Monday, August 21st episode of "The Young and the Restless" will not air on CBS. It will be preempted to show coverage of the solar eclipse. Don't despair because spoiler alerts suggest that the shows that will air Tuesday through Friday are going to be well Worth The Wait.

Lily and Cane will grow further apart

On Friday, Jordan had the nerve to kiss Lily, who clearly is not over Cane. This is a selfish move considering all the drama that Lily and her twins are already dealing with. It is wrong for him to make a move on her while she is vulnerable and also disrespectful to the rest of her family.

Spoilers also say that Cane and Juliet will bond over a crisis with their unborn child.

Lily will see the two of them together, and this will significantly affect her. Rather than admit she still loves her husband, and fight for her marriage, Lily may feel defeated and turn to Jordan, because this is the method on "The Young and the Restless." She has been through so much she may decide that Juliet deserves Cane in her life right now. Lily may step back to allow them the time they need during the pregnancy and birth of their child. Unfortunately, Jordan will see this as a sign to swoop in and stake his claim.

It may be over for Jordan and Hilary

Spoiler alerts tell us that Jordan will have a talk with Hilary, and most likely he is ending things with her.

Hilary will not like being dumped, and if she finds out Jordan kissed Lily, she will be out for revenge. Ms. Curtis is still in love with Devon but will not admit it. She continues to mock Mariah, implying Devon has not gotten over her, but the feelings are mutual. Should Jordan break up with her, she might go out of her way to make both Lily and Mariah jealous and end up with neither Devon nor Jordan.

Hilary is also going to be in the fight of her life with the Newman family. Spoilers alerts say Victoria will be out for blood because her private conversation with Ben, was aired on "G.C. Buzz. Vicky is showing herself to be more like her father every day, so Ms. Curtis needs to be very careful because just may be the one to shut down her show permanently.

By the end of the week, Hilary is going to get under Mariah's skin, and Cane will have a new ally in his fight against Victoria and "Brash and Sassy." It sounds like Tuesday through Thursday is going to make up for Monday, so be sure not to miss one episode next week on "The Young and the Restless." it airs at 12:30 p.m. EST.
