The new trailer for “Carpool Karaoke: The Series” features Will Smith, Miley Cyrus, and John Legend.
Before the launch of Apple Music’s show, the tech company has released a brand new teaser for the series. The star-studded teaser shows John Legend, Ariana Grande, Alicia Keys, Shaq, Metallica, Miley Cyrus, Chelsea Handler and Will Smith in a weird mood. Just like the original segments from “The Late Late Show with James Corden,” this new series features celebrity pairings singing sweet songs, enjoying each other’s company, embarking on adventures and sharing a brand new car.
The premiere date announced
Deadline reports that the 16-episode series will premiere on Tuesday, August 8. Fans would be happy to know that John Cena, Shakira, Trevor Noah, Jada Pinkett Smith, John Legend, Taraji P. Henson, and Alicia Keys would make cameo appearances in the first few episodes of “Carpool Karaoke: The Series.”
The series was reportedly set to air in January 2017, but Fulwell 73 and CBS Television Studios pushed its date to August 2017 to accommodate other programs. “Carpool Karaoke: The Series” will be available to Apple Music subscribers.
This show reunites the ‘Stark’ sisters
From the new teaser trailer, it is clear that another “Game of Thrones” reunion is happening outside of HBO.
Sophie Turner and Maisie Williams hit the road in the clip, while Miley Cyrus, Will Smith, Metallica and John Cena are busy in their own works. Sophie Turner and Maisie Williams can be seen riding a mechanical bull decked out.
We feel that the “Stark” sisters are playing leading characters in this show. Apple’s senior vice president Eddy Cue not only shares the new clip but hints at the characters of Jessica Alba, Gwyneth Paltrow, and others.
Ben Winston serves as executive producer along with showrunner Eric Pankowski.
In the meantime, “The Late Late Show with James Corden,”” Shark Tank” and “Breaking Bad” are also available on Apple Music. “The Late Late Show with James Corden” uses an interview format similar to that of “The Graham Norton Show,” in which all of the guests emerge from the back of the stage and walk through the audience rows.
“Shark Tank” is one of the most famous reality TV shows in the United States. Through this show, many of the contestants poured significant amounts of money into their business ventures. “Breaking Bad,” on the other hand, explores the life of a high school teacher. Walter White (Bryan Cranston) is diagnosed with lung cancer.
