“Teen Wolf” Season 6 did not air last weekend due to prioritizing MTV Video Music Awards. While the delay is inevitable, fans cannot wait to see what’s next in episode 16. This was after the series left off with extended finale episodes.
There is no denying that the end is fast approaching. Only a few weeks are left before the series can finally come to a close. Some photos were unveiled as well for episode 20 finale.
What Jeff Davis prepared for the viewers
According to The Sherbrooke Times, the final episode will deeply move the viewers. Jeff Davis is expected to prepare intense and explosive events for Scott McCall (Tyler Posey) and his pack.
Aside from the final fight and goodbyes, the return of Derek Hale (Tyler Hoechlin) and Stiles (Dylan O’Brien) is also highly anticipated.
Photos for the finale episode, which will be aired on Sept. 24, was released as well. It indeed confirmed the return of Derek and Stiles. Of course, we are looking forward to seeing Lydia Martin (Holland) and Stiles; the ‘Stydia’ reunion. In addition, the family is almost complete with the upcoming return of Jackson (Colton Haynes) and Ethan (Charlie Carver), who is reportedly a couple now. They will be featured in episode 17.
What to expect in Episode 16
As for the next episode, Spoilers Guide reported that the episode 16 promo description reads as, “Liam (Dylan Sprayberry) and Theo (Cody Christian) attempt to draw the Hunters away from Beacon Hills." The previous episodes had an emotional impact on the viewers.
First, Gerard Argent (Michael Hogan) has returned to wage war against supernatural creatures: werewolves. He took advantage of the people’s fear, manipulating them to disregard the good in these werewolves. Now, the people of Beacon Hills see them as monsters. Unfortunately, Scott had to deal with this situation.
Gerard’s movement caused the death of Lori (Lily Bleu Andrew) and Brett (Cody Saintgnue).
They are former members of Satomi’s pack. In addition, a faceless creature that amplifies the people’s fear also made the situation worst. Meanwhile, episode 15 featured the return of Scott’s father from the FBI.
Scott’s father negotiated with the hunters that his son and the members of the pack will evacuate Beacon Hills. However, this is just a way to make the hunters believe the town is free from werewolves.
The last scenario revealed that Scott has finally decided to fight against Gerard Argent’s army. This was after the hunters declined to make peace. “Teen Wolf” Season 6 episode 16, airs on Sunday, September 3, 2017.
