Paula Patton and her former husband, Robin Thicke, have been in the middle of a custody battle over their seven-year-old son Julian but it has now come to an end. This came months after a judge granted Patton a temporary restraining order against the “Blurred Lines” singer.
According to BET, Patton and Thicke finalized their arrangement over their shared custody regarding Julian Fuego. The time the boy will spend with Patton and Thicke will be split equally as he will spend time with Thicke from Monday through Wednesday while he will spend time with his mother from Wednesday to Friday.
For the weekends, the two will have the child via an alternating schedule. For the vacations and holidays, the agreement also specified which holiday and with whom will Julian spend it with but the details remained private.
Aside from the alternating schedule, the agreement also included shared expenses such as the fees for the private school Julian attends. Patton and Thicke will also have to make major decisions together concerning the “health, education, and welfare” of their minor son. Therapy for Julian and therapy with both of his parents, either separately or as a family, will have to be complied by all parties concerned.
Julian spends time with Thicke and dad’s pregnant girlfriend
Just days after the Custody Battle between Thicke and Patton were finalized, the singer was spotted enjoying a tropical getaway with his girlfriend April Love Geary and son Julian.
Thicke took to his Instagram account to post a photo of him with Geary and Julian lounging by the beach. Thicke captioned the photo with the words “Happy Days!”
January this year, Patton filed a restraining order against Thicke saying that Julian told his school that his father used excessive force on him. Patton also accused Thicke of bribing a child services worker in order to keep custody over Julian.
Thicke expecting first baby with girlfriend
Thicke and his 22-year-old model girlfriend also recently announced that they are expecting their first baby. Geary took to Instagram last week to post a photo of a sonogram and said that she and Thicke are “very excited to share” that they are having a baby. The baby is due on March 1 next year.
Sources claimed that Julian is very excited to have a little sister but the couple has not confirmed whether or not they are having a girl.
According to International Business Times, Patton and Thicke have not been together since 2014 and they also filed for divorce that same year. Thicke and Geary started seeing each other shortly after the divorce from Patton but they only went public on May of 2015.
