Lydia Mclaughlin filmed “The Real Housewives of Orange County” a few years ago but she was upset about a situation that happened when the ladies were filming back in 2013. She was filming with her mother and their mutual friends at the time, At the time, she wasn’t happy about Vicki Gunvalson’s son-in-law yelling at her mother Judy.

Apparently, he blamed his behavior on Vicki, as she had set strict rules in places to keep everything in her home neat and tidy. Briana came to his defense, as people attacked him after his outbursts.

People accused him of being very strict and possibly suffering from posttraumatic stress disorder.

Even though it has been four years since this incident happened, it sounds like Lydia still hung up in the past a bit. She admits that it is possibly silly to reflect so much on the past, knowing that her mother was still behaving well at the party.

Plus, one can imagine that there's still some animosity between Lydia and Ryan. Lydia probably won't be hanging out with Briana and Ryan anytime soon, but she did reveal that it still stung in regards to the past especially since her mother never received an apology.

Would Vicki accept a confrontation?

It is very interesting that Lydia McLaughlin is still hurt from the past. One has to wonder if her decision to speak out about this now will come back to haunt her in the future.

vicki gunvalson is the kind of person who doesn't like to reflect on the past, as she has gone through quite a bit with her with her ex-partner Brooks Ayers.

If Lydia does decide to bring up the fact that the past still stings a bit and that she still hurt about what happened, one can imagine that Vicki won't really listen to her and will probably shut her down.

They both need to move on

It is quite possible that Vicki will compare what Lydia and her mother Judy went through to what she is going through with the cancer lie. Of course, Vicki may not want to relive the past, especially the drama that happened that night with her son. Since McLaughlin has already caused some issues with Shannon Beador after her return to the show, one has to wonder if she will get any support from her current co-stars if she does bring it up.

Maybe she should just move on and focus on the future.

Are you surprised that Lydia McLaughlin is still a little hurt in regards to what happened with her mom? Do you think this is something that will be brought up again on "The Real Housewives of Orange County?”
