The fan-favorite character Tyrion Lannister (Peter Dinklage) looks like breaking a thousand hearts as there are swirling rumors that he is about to betray Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) in Game of Thrones” Season 8.

Fans are left puzzled with the kind of a deal he offered Cersei Lannister (Lena Headey) to convince her to fight with them for the coming Great War.

The Hand of the Queen also gave a questionable look in the recently concluded season finale’s final scene when he saw Jon Snow (Kit Harington) entered Dany’s room. Is he just jealous or he fears the problems that might come with Jon and Daenerys’ relationship?

Dinklage on Jon and Daenerys’ union

According to Independent, fans should put the issue of a love triangle for now as Tyrion Lannister perfectly knows the dangers of being in love in their world.

Take it on him; he killed his father, Tywin Lannister (Charles Dance) when he learned that he was having an affair with Shae (Sibel Kekilli).

"It's dangerous for everybody involved," Peter Dinklage said in the behind-the-scene interview about Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen’s union. Although making love might be good for the two characters, it might just be for the moment as they “don’t even get the relief of how beautiful it could be or should be.”

However, for him, it is not a good idea at all that the two would have a relationship, although he thinks they should be.

Knowing how the world of “Game of Thrones” flows, the romance happening in the television show is not ending well.

Tyrion’s convincing powers

According to Digital Spy, Tyrion Lannister is just concerned of Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen’s hooking up as he is afraid of its result.

He is worried that their relationship could end up pretty badly, especially if one of them dies.

He, too, feels that their romance could get in their way to successfully finish their mission to bring the Night King down.

To recall, Tyrion talked to Cersei Lannister after Jon rejected the Queen’s demands. While they were in the middle of a confrontation, the Hand asked his sister if she’s pregnant. Later, Cersei and her people, including Jaime Lannister (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau), told Daenerys that they would be joining the Great War.

She then revealed to her brother/lover that it was all a lie and she’s planning to do something else. With that, it is a big question if Tyrion also convinced her sister to tell a lie, just like what he told Jon, to persuade Daenerys and her people that she is willing to help them.
