In September 2016, Angelina Jolie filed for divorce from husband Brad Pitt. But for several months it seems like it is in limbo. They are maybe on their way to full recovery in becoming a family again. Their deep affection for their children must have played a great role in this progress.
In the new issue of Us Weekly magazine (where the mag features the status of their divorce), an unidentified source revealed that Jolie might be regretting her decision. The source told the mag that the divorce is off. No action was done to give it an ending and no one will, the source added.
The new mansion
After their divorce, Angelina Jolie and her six children spent nine months living in rentals within Malibu. Recently in June, the family transferred to their newly-owned 11 sq. feet Beaux-Arts mansion in LA Los Feliz. The six-bedrooms-ten-bathrooms mansion was previously owned by the filmmaker Cecil B. Demille.
As revealed in Vanity Fair September 2017 issue, the life in her household can be described as messy, relaxed and normal. According to Angelina, the house is a new beginning for her and the kids. The family is trying their best to mend their broken status.
So far, the only personal artwork in the house is the black-and-white masterpiece of her three adopted children (Maddox, Pax, and Zahara) and three biological children (Shiloh and the twin, Vivienne, and Knox).
The kids are together in the photograph while holding their dogs, reptiles, and rodents pets.
Angelina Jolie’s change of heart
Jolie and Pitt first met while filming "Mr. & Mrs. Smith." At that time, Pitt was still married to Jennifer Aniston and in time their marriage broke up.
'Brangelina' were secretly married in 2014 and they were together for a total of twelve long years before quitting their relationship.
They’re considered to be one of the most amazingly evolved couples in Hollywood. Somehow, their success does not guarantee a free-of-chaos and lifetime marriage.
According to Jolie's lawyer, the separation was for the good of the family. The latest incident that caused her to finally give up on Pitt was the reported dramatic plane trip where a father-daughter dispute happened.
That incident landed Pitt in a pool of trouble and he was accused of infidelity and physical abuse.
But after the all the chaos, Jolie's passion for her husband seems to have made her regret her choice. “[Angelina] is still so in love with him,” an insider told Us Weekly.
On the other hand, the actor who previously confessed to GQ about his problem with alcohol, turn his back on drinking. He now prefers cranberry juice and fizzy water. What happened to their marriage made him realized the fact that he has shortcomings when it comes to raising his children and he is trying to be more responsible.
His effort to be a better Brad Pitt seems to have impressed Jolie. Us Weekly mag wrote that the actress told a friend that she is thinking of giving him another chance.
