bethenny frankel had an emotional night on last night’s episode of "The Real Housewives of New York." During the second part of the reunion special, Bethenny was asked about her ex-husband's harassment and stalking charges that made headlines while she was filming the show with the other ladies. Andy Cohen, who has met Jason several times before, inquired about what it was like for Bethenny’s daughter, who may soon learn about the tensions between her parents.
Bethenny revealed that she wasn't too concerned about her daughter knowing too much about the case, as she isn’t at the age where she is searching for things online.
She revealed that when her daughter learns about stalking and harassment charges, she will be old enough that it will be history because it happened years. But Frankel still got very emotional when she was asked about the topic. One can imagine that it scares her a little bit that one man can cause so much pain and hurt for her. She also pointed out that she never expected her divorce to continue even though they had signed the divorce papers. She thought that once her divorce papers were signed, she was free and clear. But Jason Hoppy just won't let go of her and Carole Radziwill believes that he is obsessed with his ex-wife.
He is angry with his ex-wife
Perhaps it is Jason's outrageous behavior that has influenced and inspired Bethenny Frankel to launch her very own charity initiative.
Recently, Bethenny launched her B Strong charity network, which aims to help women in immediate crises. This could be situations of abuse, painful marriages, or even situations where they have no self-esteem and need a second party to step in and help out. She recently asked her fans on Twitter to donate money.

One can imagine that Bethenny Frankel's own marital problems help develop this charity as she found herself in that kind of situation when she was getting divorced from Jason.
He did everything possible to make her life a living hell.
Her "Real Housewives of New York" co-stars didn't understand why he kept pushing her the way he did. Both Luann de Lesseps and Dorinda Medley questioned what made him so angry. What could make a man flip out like that and harassed the mother of his child?
She doesn’t have an answer to justify his behavior
Bethenny didn't have an answer and she looked frazzled as she was holding back a lot of the things that he had done to her over the past couple of years. While Carole started speaking out about his behavior, Bethenny kept a positive attitude as she doesn't want to say anything negative about her daughter's father.
One can imagine that her very own case resulted in this charity being born. Frankel hasn't exactly made the connection, but based on her comments on last night’s episode of "The Real Housewives of New York," it is quite possible that Jason's horrific behavior inspired her to create a charity to help women in need.
