It is rare to see all of the Disney princesses at one place for one project at the same time but it seems that an unlikely character is bringing them together. The recent teaser of “Wreck-It Ralph” made waves at the D23 Expo in Anaheim when it revealed that all of Disney’s princesses will be part of the movie. All of them.

Disney Princess reunion

Aptly titled “Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2,” Disney princesses Moana (Auli‘i Cravalho), “Frozen” Princess Anna (Kristen Bell) “Brave” Princess Merida (Kelly MacDonald) “Tangled’s” Rapunzel (Mandy Moore), “Aladdin” Princess Jasmine (Linda Larkin), “Beauty and the Beast’s” Belle (Paige O’Hara) and “The Little Mermaid’s Ariel (Jodi Benson) will be making appearances in the “Wreck-It Ralph” sequel through an online encounter.

“The Princess and the Frog” princess Tiana (Anika Noni Rose) and Pocahontas’ Irene Bedard will also be featured in the animated movie.

While Disney princesses have been featured collectively in Disney merchandise and have been featured as guests in animated series like Disney Junior’s “Sofia the First,” it is very rare to see the princesses in full force and this is expected to boost the “Wreck-It Ralphfranchise’s appeal to girls. The princesses are also expected to show a different side that is not known to their long-time fans.

Marvel, Star Wars cameos

According to Kristian Harloff and Mark Reilly of Collider, the trailer of “Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2,” has a lot of potential because it deals with main characters Wreck-It Ralph (John C.

Reilly) and Vanellope (Sarah Silverman) leaving their arcade game so that they can create new adventures in cyberspace. This is where Vanellope meets all of the Disney Princesses together in one room and makes friends with all of them. However, the clincher for the scene was that the princesses were actually handled by “Star Wars’” C3PO.

But it seems that this was not the end for the Marvel and Star Wars cameos as Ralph and Vannellope also find themselves coming across OhMy.Disney.com, Disney’s official blog. And because Disney also owns the Marvel and Star Wars franchises, the trailer shows Stormtroopers escorting the princesses and Iron Man flying around with no less than Disney’s classic character “Dumbo.”

New cast members

Aside from John C.

Reilly and Sarah Silverman. “Wreck-It Ralph 2” welcomes the voice of “Empire” star Taraji P. Henson who plays the character Yesss, the algorithm for a site called Buzzaholic, whom Ralph and Vannellope will encounter as they traverse the internet. “Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2” is expected to hit theaters on November 21.
