The FlashSeason 4 updates are one of the most anticipated panels at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con International, while many want to obtain more details about The CW series. All the latest news was revealed in TV Guide Magazine’s Comic-Con Special, which was launched through newsstands.

It was initially reported that Jessica Camacho will return for a recurring role as Gypsy.

In addition, TV Guide Magazine unveiled that the STAR Labs will pick up on a time jump at the beginning of season 4, as the show returns. This routine has happened several times in the previous seasons and it seems like time jump is going to be a frequent part of the show.

How Season 4 time-jump was revealed

According to We Got This Covered, they first became aware of this fact when executive producer Andrew Kreisberg talked about Danielle Panabaker’s titular role as Dr. Caitlyn Snow. It can be recalled that there have been significant moments during Caitlyn’s tough transitions into Killer Frost.

Killer Frost is her known Earth-2 doppelganger. However, due to Flashpoint, Caitlyn’s worst fear of becoming Killer Frost has come to fruition and unlike the latter; her stance has reportedly turned ambiguous. While Kreisberg did not want to spoil the information, he did confirm that Caitlyn has been doing interesting stuff during “the past six months.”

What’s next in ‘The Flash?’

No details have been addressed regarding Caitlyn Snow’s possible return in Team Flash. She may have come to her senses in the finale but her potential comeback to the team undeniably needs some serious sit-down talk. Meanwhile, Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) was trapped in the Speed Force and team Flash is doing everything to protect the Central City while the Scarlet Speedster not around.

Unfortunately, the perky team member H.R. Wells (Tom Cavanagh) will not be around either due to his death in season 3. As a result, Iris West (Candice Patton) ended up leading the team in her lover’s absence. Her young brother, Wally West (Keiynan Lonsdale), also runs around the city donning Flash’s red suit to help.

Barry Allen won’t be gone for long as Kreisberg shared that Cisco Ramon (Carlos Valdes) is moving heaven and earth to save him. He will coordinate with earth-2 Harry (Cavanagh) over the course as H.R. is already dead. Furthermore, Kreisberg emphasized that “The Flash” Season 4 will focus on Iris and Cisco.
