Spoilers alerted fans of "The Young and the Restless" that the original Adam Newman would be returning to Genoa City. Now Spoiler alerts tease that Adam comes home with a vengeance and teams up with Victor to double team Nick. This dastardly duo is slated to wreck havoc on the lives of all those around them.
Adam will be the perfect ally for Victor
Victor Newman needs an ally right now, because he has alienated most everyone around him. He is angry with Nikki, Victoria, and Nick, and does not truly trust Abby. Chloe just left town with Kevin, so there is no one to do his bidding.
Victor is testing the waters with Scott but he is not yet sold on him. This is the ideal time for "The Young and the Restless" to have Adam Newman return from the dead. He will become his father's heir apparent and cause hard feelings for those who held down the fort during his absence.
Adam and his dad know secrets that will wreck havoc on the citizens of Genoa City. Should they team up, there will be no one safe from their wrath. Victor is already angry with Nicholas and this will be compounded by the fact that Nick is dating Adam's widow Chelsea. The first thing Victor Newman's namesake might do upon returning to town is to tell his half brother, that the son he is raising is not his biological child.
Adam will claim all rights to Connor and then begin trying to woo back his wife/widow Chelsea.
Earlier spoiler alerts suggested that Victor might spill the beans in order to hurt his first born son. So far, that has not taken place. With Adam returning, it would be the right time for Nick to be knocked off his high horse. He will receive a double blow when he finds out that Chelsea knew all along.
Hot tempered Nicholas will implode to find out his father, brother, and lady love have kept this big secret from him. This makes Adam the perfect ally for Victor at this time. The father son duo will take no prisoners once they begin working together.
Adam will have some explaining to do
When Adam returns, he will have a lot of explaining to do.
His wife, like everyone else, will want to know where he had been all this time, and why he did not contact his family. There will be a lot of mixed emotions and most everyone will look to Victor, first believing he knew all along that his son was alive. The confusion surrounding his return will not only impact Victor, Chelsea, Conner, and Nick but Abby, Jack, and Nikki as well. There are so many layers to this story that fans of "The Young and the Restless" could be kept on the edge of their seats for months on end.
