Starz now dropped a new trailer for the coming Outlanderseason 3. Fans will be on a roller-coaster ride by just watching the show’s new teaser as they will see different kinds of emotions from Claire (Caitriona Balfe) and Jamie (Sam Heughan).

Aside from the emotional scenes, the clip also showed what the viewers could expect on the show's return. Also, what the future holds for the Frasers. Evidently, the historical drama, based on Diana Gabaldon’s “Voyager,” is about to start where the previous season ended with Claire traveling through the stones.

Claire and Frank

In the opening scene of “Outlander” Season 3’s new trailer, Claire is now back in the 20th century and can be seen giving birth to her child with Jamie, who stays in the 18th century.

A look of pain can be seen in Claire’s eyes while she is with her first husband, Frank Randall (Tobias Menzies). The historian is going to father a kid that is not his and a wife who is always looking back, remembering the true love of her life.

Although Frank assures Claire that everything is going to be fine, things will be rough in the next 20 years of their lives together. "We're going to be alright, I promise," he said.

Jamie and his sister

Aside from being away from Claire, Jamie’s life will be tougher as he lost in the Battle of Culloden.

Although he can consider his survival as his consolation, his life will be full of betrayal. The moment he goes home to Lallybroch, he will be welcomed by red coats as his sister Jenny (Laura Donnelly) sued him.

This scene is a major change from Diana Gabaldon’s “Voyager.” In the book, he originally hides inside the cave near their land.

From the looks of it, this modification will bring a new twist on his story as there might be bigger consequences coming his way now that he has been betrayed by his own family.

The much-awaited reunion

Lastly, the theories about the much-awaited reunion of Jamie and Claire have been confirmed in the new trailer for “Outlander” Season 3.

Although the sequences of events run fast, the Hollywood Reporter cited that an “A. Malcolm” sign has been seen hanging outside of what-it-seems a shop, where Claire enters with a hopeful smile. The signpost is said to stand for Alex Malcolm, the fake identity Jamie is using while living in Edinburgh. With that, fans have a reason to celebrate as the famous printing press shop scene is coming.

"Outlander" Season 3 will be finally seen on Sept. 10 on Starz.
