Hey, “Orphan Black” fans. Helena will get viciously kidnapped at some point in this new episode 9 of the current season 5! Also, the sisters will team up in an effort to pull off a big rescue mission before it’s too late and more. The spoilers were revealed by BBC America by way of trakt.tv.
One fettered slave
The title for this installment is revealed to be, “One Fettered Slave.” Their description started off with the kidnapping storyline. They say that Sarah is going to be in the midst of dealing with a very painful loss when news arrives that Helena has been kidnapped!
This will, of course, add to Sarah’s pain. Who kidnapped Helena? That’s the huge question for this particular plotline. It definitely sounds like it will give us some very emotional moments from these characters.
John Mathieson
Next, they revealed that this whole kidnapping situation is going to cause all the sisters to team up in an effort to track down Helena. It’s revealed that they will need to act quickly as they’ll be racing against time. They will need to find Helena before an unmasked and unhinged John Mathieson can lay his hands on Helena’s babies.
Will the sisters be able to get to Helena in time? Or will they come up short? Those are the huge and burning questions for this storyline.
It definitely sounds like it could offer up a few intense action scenes that are also filled with a lot of drama and suspense. Unfortunately, they didn’t reveal any other details about this plotline. So, we’ll definitely have to wait until the episode airs to see if the rescue attempt is a success.
Alright, guys. That’s all the intel that the BBC America folks were willing to dish out for episode 9.
However, we’re sure that this hour-long episode will feature a couple more interesting storylines. The Helena kidnapping will definitely be the main one though. So, definitely be prepared for that.
