Fans are now waiting for the return of “NCIS” Season 15 to see the fate of Timothy McGee (Sean Murray) and Leroy Jethro Gibbs (Mark Harmon) after they were left in Paraguay. As they are expected to survive the ordeal, there is an alleged new star coming in the show’s return.

The “Girl Meets World” star Cheryl Texiera revealed that she will be playing a role in the coming new installment of the police procedural drama. In fact, she gave her Twitter followers a glimpse of her appearance in the television series.

A new character coming

In a tweet, Cheryl Texiera shared a side-by-side snap of her selfie, which might be her look in “NCIS” Season 15.

From the looks of it, she might be a rugged, cool woman rocking her way into the television series. “From audition to full concept,” she started her caption. She then revealed that she already filmed an “awesome role” for the show and even commended its cast and crew for being “incredible.”

The 34-year-old star is expected to be seen in the first few episodes of the long-running police procedural drama, Carter Matt reported. To recall, the previous season ended with a major cliffhanger where Timothy McGee, Leroy Jethro Gibbs, and Nicholas Torres (Wilmer Valderrama) were in a middle of an epic battle. However, the show might put its focus on something else when the ordeal is resolved.

Valderrama’s take on his role

Moreover, talking about Nicholas Torres, Wilmer Valderrama revealed that his character is about to take on more responsibilities in the coming “NCIS” Season 15.

In an interview with Parade, the 37-year-old star unveiled that there are changes going to happen in his role as an NCIS special agent. He now stops doubting why Leroy Jethro Gibbs chooses him to be part of their team, especially as he is used to working on his own. Although he finds it hard at first to be involved in a big team, he is now ready to be a key player.

In fact, Wilmer Valderrama revealed that he will be handling new missions that will test his ability and capacity as the leader of their group. However, this leads to speculations that Gibbs is now preparing to resign as Mark Harmon is about to leave the show. Is Nicholas Torres going to take his place?

This might be impossible as “NCIS” will never be the same without Leroy Jethro Gibbs. Also, there is no confirmation that the assumption is true. If truth be told, the former boyfriend of Demi Lovato told Parade that Gibbs just sees something special in Torres that he can relate to. “Gibbs sees him as a possible leader and as a true asset to the team," he said.
