"General Hospital" is going to have some major cast changes in the new few weeks. Fans have been talking about all of the comings and goings in Port Charles. While some of the character changes were expected, others have shocked viewers with their return. Here is a look at what you can expect to see happen in Port Charles over the next month on "General Hospital."

Steve Burton returns

After five years away from the show, "General Hospital" fans were shocked to learn Steve Burton was returning.

There is some confusion surrounding how he will fit in. Speculation is that there is going to be a twin story line, much like they tried with Burton and James Franco several years ago. Talk about Steve Burton coming back as Nikolas has also been discussed, but that is likely not the case. This is going to be one for the books, especially since Jason Morgan has been recast and is now played by Billy Miller.

It was announced yesterday that Bradford Anderson would be returning to "General Hospital" as Spinelli. According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, Bradford shared an Instagram photo that showed he was on set.

He is reportedly taping scenes with Kirsten Storms (who just returned as Maxie Jones). The circumstances surrounding his return are not being revealed. He is relevant to so many characters and right now, most of them are in heavy storylines. Spinelli could be in town for the big reveal of Steve Burton, or he is back to help Maxie cope with the "Ask Man Landers" secret Nathan (Ryan Paevey) has kept. The possibilities are endless with this one.

Roger Howarth returns

Roger Howarth will be back on screen after a brief hiatus while he was in contract talks with the network. He came to an agreement and will resume his role as Franco Baldwin shortly. The writers had him dealing with a lawsuit out of state and now, he will be back just as Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) will need him.

Hayden (Rebecca Budig) will be leaving the show.

Hayden (Rebecca Budig) will be leaving the show. She was let out of her contract and while the circumstances surrounding the mysterious exit have not been revealed, it is being assumed she will be killed off by Dr. Obrecht (Kathleen Gati).

And finally, William deVry will be off the screen indefinitely as he has not reached a deal with the network. He filmed before "General Hospital" went on summer leave, but those were his final scenes. Fans have been reaching out to the network via social media, urging them to sign him. Julian paired with Alex (Nancy Lee Grahn) has been a huge thing, and if he doesn't return, some fans will abandon the show completely.
