In spite of Abby Lee Miller’s ongoing legal case, it looks like her former apprentice Maddie Ziegler doesn’t want to talk about her former coach and her legal problems. To recall, the former “Dance Moms” stars were once close when the 14-year-old actress was still her student at the Abby Lee Dance Company.

By the looks of it, the “Book of Henry” star is now more relieved being away from her former trainer. In fact, Sia’s number one dancer is happy to know that the 50-year-old famous choreographer has been replaced by Cheryl Burke in the reality television series that made her well-known.

Ziegler excited to see Burke in the reality dance series

Maddie Ziegler was once a big part of the “Dance Moms” reality series. In fact, she was Abby Lee Miller’s favorite apprentice. However, it seems like she has nothing to say about her stay in the reality television series, although she is now looking forward to seeing Cheryl Burke’s performance as the new coach. “It’s really cool,” she told Entertainment Tonight.

The young model admitted that she is a fan of the “Dancing with the Stars” professional. Hence, she is now excited to see what she is going to do in the show. She also described the 33-year-old television host as a “great person,” thus she knows she will be doing really well with the kids.

“All the girls said they loved her,” she added.

Ziegler’s reaction to Miller’s jail time

Moreover, in a past interview with People, Maddie Ziegler revealed that she had learned a lot of lessons when she was still in “Dance Moms” and Abby Lee Miller.

"I learned a lot of lessons,” she said. She explained that she had the “craziest time” when she was with the director and owner of Reign Dance Productions.

She even felt glad that she had moved on from that experience. Although she did learn a lot of things from her and had fun times with her, she said she never felt happier in her life than she does now that she is away from everything about the show.

However, now that Abby Lee Miller is facing jail time after being found guilty of bankruptcy fraud, it seems Maddie Ziegler is not reaching out with the former “Dance Moms” host.

In another interview with Entertainment Tonight, it sounds like the two are not talking at all. When the interviewer Lauren Zima asked the famous dance artist if she had talked to the dance instructress, she answered with “No, I haven’t.”

She was also asked if she got surprised knowing that her ex-trainer was facing legal woes. "I don't really think I have anything to say about her," she said. Clearly, Maddie Ziegler has left all the drama about “Dance Moms” and Abby Lee Miller. She is now focusing more on her blooming career.
