The latest spoilers for "Avengers: Infinity War" will feature more details on Thanos and the Infinity Stones in the movie.
Each character is 'important'
Film director Joe Russo revealed several new details for "Avengers: Infinity War" during his time at San Diego Comic-Con. He told Screenrant that the story will center on the "important characters" of the film, and it will prove vital to the flow of the story.
"You know, the story really centers who you would expect it to center around. so our more important characters," Russo said. "This is a culmination film ten years in the making and we are pulling the main story threads from all the different franchises into one unifying narrative."
Perhaps the important characters that Russo could be pointing at are Tony Stark/Iron Man and Steve Rogers/Captain America, as they try to fix their shattered friendship after the events of "Civil War" and unite the Avengers once again.
The sequel will also feature other MCU heroes like the Guardians of the Galaxy, Spider-Man and Doctor Strange fight alongside Earth's Mightiest Heroes for the fate the universe.
The film director added the importance of the Reality Stone/Gem in "Infinity War's" plot and stated that each stone has its own ability and they want to represent their uniqueness similar to the characters in the film.
While Russo did not divulge any further, Marvel fans know how powerful the Reality Stone is as the bearer can reshape reality itself in his/her own image.
Fans who have seen the SDCC trailer know how powerful Thanos can be as he easily defeated Iron Man, Spider-Man, Doctor Strange and Star-Lord using the Infinity Stones.
Thanos in 'Avengers 4'
"Everest" film star Josh Brolin announced that he will reprise his role as Thanos in "Avengers 4." 2018 will be a big year for Brolin as he will not just be featured in "Avengers: Infinity War," but he will star alongside Ryan Reynolds in "Deadpool 2" playing the role of Nathan Summers/Cable.
The "Men in Black 3" actor recently finished filming "Infinity War," while the latter started doing scenes for "Deadpool 2" in late June.
He posted a photo on Instagram showing-off his Cable physique for the sequel. He then posted another photo, this time as Thanos in the D23 2017 poster with the caption "Going back for more more MORE! I want it all."
It has been an exciting year for Brolin as he had the chance to play two of Marvel's most famous characters and comic book fans are excited to see him in action next year.
"Avengers: Infinity War" will premiere o May 4, 2018, while "Avengers 4" will be on May 3, 2019.
