Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson seem to take their relationship to the next level as they were photographed checking out properties in the exclusive Bel-Air neighborhood on Wednesday.
The "Keeping up with the Kardashians" star appeared to be in good spirits as she spends the day house hunting with the NBA superstar. According to reports, the power couple is keen on closing a deal with one of the luxurious houses around the area, sparking speculations that they are planning to move in together sooner than expected.
Are Khloe and Tristan shacking up together in a new crib?
According to sources, Khloe and Tristan are indeed looking for a new crib but not for the purpose of officially moving in together. Apparently, the happy couple is not planning to buy a house together but they are looking for a place to rent.
Sources close to the couple revealed that they want to have a private place to stay together when they're both in the city, adding that Thompson is eager to secure a place somewhere in the Hollywood Hills or the Valley.
TMZ also revealed the Cleveland Cavaliers power forward is willing to spend $60,000 a month and plans to rent through September. It remains unclear whether or not the couple managed to land a deal with one of the houses.

During their day out, Kardashian and Thompson definitely made sure to dress for the occasion. The couple looked dashing in their casual outfit perfect for the sunny weather.
Khloe kept it fashionably low-key with a pair of jeans matched with a tight pale pink top that accentuated her curves. The voluptuous beauty also rocked an oversized sunglasses and some sparkly bling.
Meanwhile, the basketball superstar opted for a more sporty look with his casual shorts and a Saint Laurent T-shirt. Thompson also donned a pair of white trainers matched with red and black socks.
Are wedding bells ringing soon for Khloe and Tristan?
With the couple's smooth sailing relationship, many are wondering if they are finally heading for marriage. Khloe and Tristan, who has been dating since last year, have been very vocal about their desire to start a family together.
In fact, the "Revenge Body" host has already expressed her eagerness to be pregnant with Tristan's baby. In a previous interview, Khloe gushed about her boyfriend and revealed that she "has never been in this type of love before."
Khloe also admitted that she will marry Tristan with no hesitation, adding that the NBA star will make a great father.
"I would love to have a family. We've talked about it. He [already] is a father, and I know for a fact that he would be an impeccable father.”
