It's common knowledge that Khloe Kardashian has boasted amazing weight loss lately. But it's not all down to "Revenge Body" workouts or the "Protein World" diet plan that the reality television star promotes. Turns out the "KUWTK" sister used a weight loss supplement to trim down. And her "big fat a-s" that Conor McGregor wants is down to plastic surgery, not nature. After these somewhat disingenous claims, folks are beginning wonder what's live and what's Memorex with Khloe.

Khloe Kardashian's recent claims

Kardashian graces the cover of Health magazine this month and she looks slimmer.

"Keeping up with the Kardashians" fans have heard all about Khloe's famous weight loss and how she achieved it. They've seen her Instagram updates from the gym. On "Revenge Body" she proclaimed that hardcore workouts helped her through her divorce from Lamar Odom. The "KUWTK" star wasn't trying to lose weight: it was just a happy coincidence. The Reality TV star also touts "Protein World" for weight loss.

Kardashian slimmer from diet or diet supplement?

Ever notice how the K Krew is always eating? Khloe has said she can eat what she wants. Because she trains so hard she doesn't have to worry too much about counting calories. Well, it turns out that that's another half-truth. She uses a diet supplement called Forskolin which is an appetite suppressant.

Kardashian's personal trainer recommended (probably sold) it to her because "exercise alone doesn't lose weight." But Khloe says she didn't want to lose weight fast anyway. Or, is this another fable like Mama June who lied about weight loss and bariatric surgery?

'KUWTK' star's mixed messages

Kardashian says she never wanted the "lose 30 pounds in 30 days" type diet.

Then she went on to say she's tried every super fast weight loss plan. She patterns herself on Beyonce and has done juice cleanses and the Master Cleanse. Khloe also said she's all about body love and acceptance of self. Then she famously bemoaned on Twitter how she gained a few pounds. Everyone cried body-shaming and sexual harassment when the UFC's Conor McGregor said he wanted a piece of Khloe's "big fat a-s." But the reality television actress purposely created her famous bum with a butt lift. She had such massive silicone implants that some leaked.
