Even though Stephen Amell earlier revealed the return of Manu Bennett in "Arrow" Season 6, fans still have no idea who among the team has survived the Lian Yu explosion. Also, people behind the television series have yet to reveal the new big bad Oliver Queen/Green Arrow is about to face.

As nothing is confirmed or announced yet, there are strong predictions who among the fan-favorite characters are still alive. Little teasers about the DC superhero television series are now emerging online and if these are to believe, a lot of stars are going to be back.

Characters that survive the explosion

On a report made by Bleeding Cool, Wild Dog, Black Canary, and Black Siren have survived the explosion and will all be seen in the coming "Arrow" Season 6. To prove the claim, Rick Gonzales and Juliana Harkavy are now promoted as series regulars for the coming new season. In fact, the official costume of Black Canary is already revealed by Entertainment Weekly. Katie Cassidy will also return as a recurring character.

Stephen Amell also revealed that Manu Bennett is going to reprise his role as Deathstroke in the show's sixth season. "I think we will see him multiple times this year," he said at the recent Heroes & Villains FanFest in Nashville. Aside from that, he also teased that someone from the first season is set to be back.

Other characters' fate

Although there are no confirmations yet, there are strong assumptions that Wild Dog, Black Canary, Black Siren, and Deathstroke have survived the tragic event.

With that, it is now a big question what happened to others.

There is no news for the fates Curtis Holt/Mr. Terrific (Echo Kellum), Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards), Thea Queen (Willa Holland), John Diggle (David Ramsey), Nyssa al Ghul (Katrina Law), Talia al Ghul (Lexa Doig) and Samantha Clayton (Anna Hopkins) yet. However, there is also no new details about Quentin Lance's (Paul Blackthorne) survival, but as he is said to play the role of the Black Siren, he might be safe.

The possible new big bad

Meanwhile, there is a casting call for the role of Ricardo Diaz, a character that might be the next villain Oliver Queen has to face. However, it is not yet confirmed if it is for "Arrow" Season 6.

The casting described that Ricardo is 30 to 40 years old, diverse, and recently out of prison. He has $25 million in settlement for the crime he didn't commit and uses his money and freedom to control the criminal underworld in Star City.
