Trista Sutter of "The Bachelorette" shared this week all about how she had a scare while on vacation with her family. Trista had a seizure that shocked her considering this isn't something she has dealt with in her past. Now her husband Ryan Sutter is speaking out about what went down and his feelings as well. What did Ryan Sutter have to say?

Ryan actually went to his Instagram page to share his thoughts. The couple was on vacation with their family in Croatia at this time that Trista had a seizure.

Ryan shared a picture of Trista looking through a camera lens at him. Ryan explained that this photo has been on his phone a few days in a draft just the same way that his mind as been since Trista suffered from her seizure. Ryan just didn't know what to say for a few days.

Sutter went on to explain saying that he has been a fireman for seventeen years, but it didn't prepare him at all for what to do after the emergency is over. Now, they are dealing with the confusion of what caused this and if she is going to be okay. Ryan did go on to explain what has helped them. He said, "What has helped is the outpouring of kindness received from our friends, family and even those that we've never personally met.

Without a doubt, you have been instrumental in the healing process and a humbling source of strength for @tristasutter and I." It is obvious that Ryan is really grateful for all of the support they have been getting from the fans.

Trista Sutter posts an update

Since this all went down, Trista Sutter has actually been posting a few things on her Instagram as well.

She posted a picture on their trip with her husband, Ryan. Along with this pic, she said that Ryan was the love of her life and put the hashtag of grateful. She also shared a photo of the family of four all together saying that they make everything better for her. Trista and Ryan have a son and a daughter who were along with them on the trip.

She also said that she had a good day after the seizure. It sounds like Trista hasn't had any other health scares happen since then.
