Hey, "Doctor Who" people. It turns out that the Doctor's latest judgement calls will be fueled by friendship and more in episode 11 of season 10. We're also going to see some danger from a black hole at some point. Someone who the Doctor pledged to protect is going to bite the dust. We were able to find these spoilers on the Spoiler TV website in the form of a press release from BBC ONE.
'World Enough And Time'
Along with some great storyline teasers, they also revealed that this installment has been titled "World Enough And Time." According to their main description, we're going to see the Doctor make some very rash decisions because friendship will be what's fueling them.
Who is this friend that will have such an effect on him? This is a big question for this storyline. Whatever the case, it certainly sounds very intriguing.
A really big spaceship
Next, they revealed that the Doctor is going to be trapped inside a really big spaceship. During this time, they are going to get caught up in the event horizon of a very dangerous black hole. How did they get trapped in this giant spaceship? Will they be able to avoid this scary black hole? Those are the burning questions for this intense situation. I'm not sure, but I think it's highly likely that we could catch a few glimpses of this catastrophe when BBC ONE releases the new preview clip for episode 11. It should show up after episode 10 airs later on this evening.
So, be sure to keep your eyes peeled for that one because it sounds like a can't-miss preview that will certainly deliver extra info.
Things are going to get even worse with this storyline, as they reveal that the Doctor is going to see someone that he vowed to protect lose their life. Who is this person that dies? That's a very important question that we'll certainly be looking to see get answered in this episode.
It's also revealed that time will actually become a big enemy for the Time Lord. This episode was written by Steven Moffat and they were able to get Rachel Talalay to direct it. We're going to see a guest appearance by actress Michelle Gomez as the character Missy.
Foggy and dark setting
Spoiler TV also revealed a promo photo for this episode.
It looks extremely weird. It features a couple of alien-like beings. They're shown walking through a foggy and dark setting. These creatures definitely don't appear to be people you'd want to bump into in an alley at night. This one certainly looks like it could be one of the strangest episodes to date. Speaking of dates, we can confirm that this episode is sure to arrive next Saturday night, June 24, 2017 at 6:45 pm on BBC ONE. Stay tuned.
