Reality television star Kim Kardashian recently freed the nipples as she was out and about to celebrate daughter North West's fourth birthday. Kim K was seen wearing a revealing top but didn't seem to mind the attention as husband Kanye West was also along. Photographers quickly snapped up shots of the family including the casually-dressed Kardashian, whose half-sister Kylie Jenner followed suit by also going braless. Here are the latest details on Kim Kardashian's latest outfit and the North West birthday celebration.

Kim K's casual outfit

As The Sun from the UK reported, Kim Kardashian was photographed in a see-through white vest and baggy sweatpants with her hair down.

She wore the top with no bra underneath and didn't seem to mind one bit that her nipples were revealed through the top. She wore white sneakers on her feet and was seen carrying 18-month-old Saint while guiding birthday girl North West by the hand.

Kanye West was spotted trailing behind the trio as they exited Ruby's in Los Angeles. In addition, Kim's half-sister Kylie Jenner showed up for the occasion, also deciding to go braless as she wore a flesh-colored top. A video posted on YouTube also showed others who attended the celebration including sister Kourtney Kardashian and mother Kris Jenner.

The occasion was North West's fourth birthday celebration. Kim reportedly gifted her daughter a puppy and also made several social media posts to wish her daughter a happy birthday.

One of them was captioned, "Happy Birthday to my Mini Me! I Can't Believe You Are 4 Already. I Love You So Much, Northie!"

In big news this past week, Kim K announced she will be launching a debut beauty line. According to The Telegraph of the UK, the new line is called KKW Beauty. The expected launch date is June 21st with the first product set to be a Creme Contour & Highlight Kit.

While the new beauty line product line has excited many of Kim's fans, others have been a bit less enthusiastic. One of the major points of contention is that she is venturing into the same business as half-sister Kylie Jenner, who has a highly-successful line of Kylie Cosmetics products that sell out fast.

If that wasn't enough, The Verge reported this past week that there is a Kim K fidget spinner.

That's right, the reality TV star has her own gadget named the Daddy Money Fidget Spinner which goes for a price of $15 and features a gold dollar sign symbol with the word "daddy" on it.

Nonetheless, it seems the Kardashians continue to find ways to cash in on their fame no matter how much some people might hope for them to simply disappear!
