Just when everyone thought things could not get even more shocking, new details have emerged about the drunken sexual misconduct involving “Bachelor in Paradise” cast members Corinne Olympios and DeMario Jackson.

What exactly happened?

On June 11, Sunday, fans were left speechless after Warner Bros., the production company behind “Bachelor in Paradise,” released a statement saying that the production has been suspended indefinitely because of “allegations of misconduct” between two of the show’s contestants.

A “Bachelor in Paradise” crew member revealed to The Daily Mail what really happened in Mexico.

The source said Corinne Olympios, 24, and DeMario Jackson, 30, found out that part of the storyline this season would include both of them hooking up.

Corinne Olympios and DeMario Jackson decided to get to know each other a bit more over a couple of drinks. Soon, they decided to go swimming. Corinne allegedly proceeded to remove her swimwear and from there, things got increasingly sexual. They started hugging, kissing and performed different sexual acts. At one stage, she seemed to go limp and was sliding under the water.

Despite that, the staff members did not call a doctor to check on her. Instead, they just let her sleep it off and then the next day, Corinne Olympios said she did not remember any of what allegedly happened.

Corinne Olympios and DeMario Jackson still on good terms

Despite what happened, Corinne Olympios and DeMario Jackson are still on good terms and have remained in touch. According to the source who spoke to the Daily Mail, the former does not fully blame the latter for what happened. Instead, she believed the producers were to blame for letting the incident unfold and has hired a lawyer to represent her going forward.

‘Bachelor in Paradise’ on the brink of cancellation?

The entire future of “Bachelor in Paradise” remains up in the air. Many people believe that the reality show is probably done for good considering the cast members have been effectively disbanded and the show is probably too tarnished to move forward.

Though there has not yet been any confirmation, multiple reports have suggested that ABC will scrap “Bachelor in Paradise” and offer Corinne Olympios a show of her own or feature the much-awaited wedding ceremony of Carly Waddell and Evan Bass.
