Teresa Giudice has been filming the newest season of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" over the past couple of months and she's excited about returning to Bravo. However, Teresa is now a single mother to her four daughters, as her husband has been serving time behind bars. He turned himself in back in March of 2016 and he has been focusing on himself behind bars. In the meantime, Teresa has been filming the show with her sister-in-law and some friends, and it sounds like this included a cast trip to Milan.
This week, Teresa Giudice returned home from Milan with her co-stars, as they had been on a cast trip to Milan. But when Teresa opened her luggage when she came home, she could see that some of her valuables had been stolen from her suitcase. Rather than call customer service, she reached out to Delta on Twitter. Maybe Delta customer service recognized her name from "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" because they immediately responded to her inquiry.
Teresa Giudice calls out airline on social media
In her tweet to Delta, she wrote that she was very disappointed with the service, as she had expected that her valuables had been safe and secure in her own luggage.
Delta replied to her, asking her to contact their luggage customer service. But it may be a long stretch in terms of getting her stolen luggage back.
If someone had indeed stolen Teresa's valuables, one can imagine that they are long gone. They may have been re-sold or given to someone else as a gift. Or, the thief in question may have kept the valuables because the luggage said Teresa Giudice on it.
Teresa Giudice's past comes back to haunt her
While Delta did want to help out in locating Teresa Giudice's stolen valuables, it sounds like her past is coming back to haunt her. Some people did write back to her on social media, asking her if this was her latest fraud scheme. Teresa was found guilty of fraud and sentenced to 13 months behind bars.
She served close to a year of that time and did the rest at home on a house-arrest plan. Her husband, Joe Giudice, is currently serving 41 months for the same charges.
Giudice may not need to lie to get money from companies, and if she was doing it to get money, one can imagine she wouldn't be doing it on Twitter. She has plenty of followers that can attest to the fact that she was trying to scheme Delta for money.
What do you think of Teresa Giudice's tweet to Delta? Do you think she will get her things back?
