Taylor Swift continues her absence on social media, but she recently returned to post a photo in support of her squad. The 27-year-old star shared a screenshot of Haim’s new song, “Want You Back,” and it seems like she is listening to the song.
From the looks of it, Taytay is promoting the latest single of pop rock band composed of the three sisters; Este Haim, Danielle Haim, and Alana Haim. While playing the tune, the pop star took a screengrab of it exactly at 13 seconds.
Lucky number 13
It looks like Swift intentionally captured the snap at 13 seconds.
To recall, she told MTV in 2009 that 13 is, actually, her lucky number. She explained that she was born on the 13th day of December, turned 13 on Friday the 13th, her self-titled first album went gold in 13 weeks, and her number one song had an intro that ran for 13 seconds. The singer-songwriter also narrated that every time she is winning an award, she is either seated on number 13, or the on the 13th row, 13th section or row M, which is also the 13th letter of the alphabet.
A long hiatus
Moreover, fans were so thrilled when they saw Swift post for the very first time in nine weeks. Her last post was the same screenshot of the song she was listening to – “Green Light” by her another squad member Lorde.
Just like “Want You Back,” the photo was grabbed at exactly 13 seconds.
As of this writing, the snap already has 626,000 likes and about 20,300 comments. Although the picture is not really about her, fans are very excited to welcome the “Shake it Off” hitmaker on Instagram again. One fan even said that she is alive while another one commented that they want her back.
To recall, Calvin Harris’ ex-girlfriend is known for posting on her social media pages now and then, but she now surprisingly keeps it lie low. In fact, her last tweet about herself was last made on Jan. 29. She, too, is not often seen wandering around as the paparazzi last spotted her out and about on Jan. 11 on her way to a workout class.
The former pair of Tom Hiddleston didn’t even grace the recent 2017 Met Gala. This, too, is very surprising as the music scene is used to see her at this event every year since 2008. In 2016, she even had a dance with “The Night Manager” actor where the romance rumors about them started.
With that, a lot assume that she is preparing for a big return or has a new album to surprise everyone. If truth be told, in an interview with BBC News with her close friend Ed Sheeran in March, he hinted that Swift is not going to release anything until the end of 2017. Hence, this coming Christmas, fans should wait if she will reveal a new vinyl.
