Hey, "Riverdale" fans. Yep, it's true. We've unfortunately reached the season finale of this great season. The good news is that the new finale episode 13 of this season 1 is going to be jam packed with more heavy drama from Betty as she gets all up in her mother's face again! We're going to see Archie and Veronica start to get even closer at some point. Hermione is going to offer up an almost irresistible offer to Fred. The truth about the Blossom's family business is going to come to light, and more! We have the CW to thank for these very interesting storyline spoiler reveals via their official press release.
"The Sweet Hereafter"
They also gave us the title to this last season 1 episode. They've named it: "Chapter Thirteen: The Sweet Hereafter." The first storyline that they mentioned, is that we're going to see cute Veronica and Archie, grow an even closer bond at some point. Next, they revealed that we're going to see another explosive scene from Betty, getting really bold again! Apparently, she's just going to be, straight up, sick and tired of her family, acting like nothing has happened, and will act on those feelings by jumping on her mother, Alice's case, yet again, resulting in another confrontation between these two!
Will Betty finally push Alice's limits for these confrontations? Or will she just take it on the chin again?
Will this confrontation help get things cleared up? Those are the big questions for this storyline. We definitely know it will give us some great, dramatic footage. No doubt.
A surprising situation
We've got Jughead in one of these storylines, and it doesn't sound too great. Actually, I don't know what it means as they tell us that he's going to get caught in a surprising situation that will end up, causing Archie and company to start scrambling like crazy!
Is Jughead's predicament a bad one or a good one? Or is it just somewhere in between? They didn't really specify, so it looks like we'll just have to wait and see what that's all about when this episode airs. We're definitely intrigued by this description,though.
Too good to be true
Next, we've got a very interesting scenario that's going to go down between Hermione and Fred.
Apparently, she's going to deliver an offer to him that's so got damn good that it will seem like it just can't be true! What could this amazing deal actually be? And will Fred accept this possibly deceptive offer? Hopefully, these big questions will get answered in this finale episode, and not make us wait all the way until next season. We'll see. It's very intriguing.
Take matters into her own hands
Lastly, we're going to see the gorgeous, but rude as hell Cheryl back in action in this final teaser. It turns out that, somehow, the truth about her Blossom's family business is going to finally get exposed at some point, and this is going to prompt her to actually try and take matters into her own hands.
Uh oh. That doesn't sound promising.
What are these so-called matters that she'll be taking on alone? Will she be able to handle them? Or will she be in over her freaking head? Again, this is something that we definitely want to see get played out in this episode. Hopefully, it will. However, the show has already been renewed for a brand new season 2, so we're expecting them to give us a major cliffhanger in, at least, one of these important scenes.
