When the Marvel Cinematic Universe began to work on the third and fourth "Avengers" movies at the same time, they were called "Avengers: Infinity War Part 1" and "Part 2." However, the numbers have been dropped and the third movie is still "Avengers: Infinity War" but the fourth movie has no name at this time. In an interview with Cinema Blend, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige said that the title of the fourth movie is a potential spoiler and that is what the name has yet to be revealed.
What is known about 'Avengers: Infinity War'?
Basically, "Avengers: Infinity War" is about the battle between the evil warlord Thanos from "The Avengers" and "Guardians of the Galaxy" and the combined forces of heroes trying to stop him from conquering everything in the universe.
Through the entire first three phases of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the Infinity Stones have been introduced in everything from "The Avenger" and "Captain America" to "Thor" and "Guardians of the Galaxy." Once Thanos is able to capture all the Infinity Stones, he becomes the most powerful being in the universe. That is likely where the possible spoiler that Kevin Feige mentioned comes into play.
What could the fourth "Avengers" movie be called?
When the cast of a movie is so large, it is hard to hide spoilers. While the third movie is called "Avengers: Infinity War," Zoe Saldana, who plays Gamora in the "Guardians of the Galaxy" movies made what seemed like an innocent comment but might have revealed the name of the fourth "Avengers" movie.

Thanos has the Infinity Gauntlet, which is a huge glove that he wears that fits each of the Infinity Stones into it. When all the Infinity Stones are in place, Thanos becomes pretty much invincible. In "Avengers: Infinity War," The Avengers, Guardians of the Galaxy, Doctor Strange, Spider-Man, and more are going to try to stop Thanos and if the fourth movie is called "Avengers: Infinity Gauntlet," that means they will fail.
Marvel has always said this is a part one and part two, so failing in the first movie is expected, but Kevin Feige might still want it to come as a surprise to those who don't know the original stories.
