scheana marie may have just parted ways with husband Mike Shay, but that doesn't mean she isn't looking forward to the future with her new boyfriend, Robert Parks Valletta. In fact, the "Vanderpump Rules" star recently opened up about the relationship -- and spoke of their potentially upcoming wedding.
During an interview with In Touch Weekly magazine, Scheana Marie revealed that after knowing one another for about 10 years, she and Valletta reconnected at the end of last year after her marriage went south. “[Robert] brought a light back to my life,” she explained, adding that she and Valletta dated on and off before she married Shay in 2014.
"We were talking over the holidays and I told [Robert] about my divorce," she continued. "Then we hung out one night and just hit it off."
Scheana Marie was married to Mike Shay for two years when rumors began swirling in regard to the musician's alleged relapse. While Shay denied using drugs in an Instagram post to fans, he and his wife parted ways a short time later and during "Vanderpump Rules" season five, the final moments of their relationship were seen.
Scheana Marie is hoping for a beach wedding
Also during her interview with In Touch Weekly magazine, Scheana Marie said that if she and Valletta ultimately tie the knot, she would prefer to do so on the beach. As she explained, she already did princess wedding with her first husband, Mike Shay, as fans saw during "Vanderpump Rules" season three.
Will Robert Valletta appear on 'Vanderpump Rules' season six?
Although the season six cast of "Vanderpump Rules" will likely not be announced until late this year, Valletta appears to be open to the idea of making appearances throughout the upcoming season. Over the weekend, while out and about in Los Angeles, the reality star and her new man spoke to TMZ about his potential addition to the show.
"It just depends on her behavior," Valletta joked to the cameraman as he stood with his arm wrapped around his girlfriend's neck. "I'm known to misbehave," she explained.
As for her husband, Mike Shay's role on season six is also to be determined. However, because he is no longer dating a cast member and doesn't work at SUR Restaurant, where the show is shot, a season six appearance seems quite unlikely.
