Tonight it is time for a new season of "Return To Amish." In a new preview, Abe and Rebecca will argue it out about her idea of what she might want to do for a job. Rebecca has a dream of becoming a dentist someday, but it turns out that Abe doesn't totally support her idea. He wants Rebecca to stay at home and be with their kids.
Rebecca shares her dreams with Abe
When Rebecca got her new teeth on the show, she decided that becoming a dentist was something she really hoped to do. Now, she has plans to talk to Abe about it and see if she can get him to understand her dream and want to help her along the way with it.
She says, "I don’t know how he’s going to react to it." One reason this is important to her is Rebecca really wants her kids to look up to her. They look up to Abe and she wants the same from them.
Things are not going to go well when Rebecca talks to Abe about it. He isn't a fan of the idea and says, "It’s the woman’s place to take care of the kids and the guy’s job to provide the income." Growing up Amish this is the way they were taught, but Abe and Rebecca don't live the Amish lifestyle anymore. It just looks like some things are hard for them to change.
When it comes to Rebecca going back to school to become a dentist, it just doesn't look like it is going to happen. It will take a lot for her convince Abe to let her do it.
Maybe he would be more understanding when their daughters are older. He didn't like it at all when she was working to try to make it where they could afford to get his teeth fixed the way that she got her own done, but she just wanted to help her husband out anyway she could.
Tonight is the new season of "Return to Amish, " and the fans can't wait to see how it all goes down.
Abe and Rebecca talking about her wanting to become a dentist isn't going to be the only thing going on this season for sure. There are also spoilers that Rebecca is going to say that Mama Mary has a bit of a gambling problem. She even takes Carmela and Jeremiah Raber to Las Vegas for their big honeymoon. A few others go along for the trip as well.
You will also see Sabrina back in court again fighting for custody of her daughter, but also pregnant with another baby. It should be a great season on "Return to Amish" that is full of drama.
