Ok, so recently, the people over at FOX were very kind enough to deliver up an official synopsis for their upcoming "24: Legacy" season finale episode 12 of season 1. They gave us two storyline scoops for this one. We'll be seeing some pretty interesting situations go down as something will go very wrong with the Rebecca deal to save Donovan . Elsewhere, we'll see a ton of pressure get put on Carter when the CTU has to put every ounce of faith that they have, in him!

All their faith in him

As usual, the title for this one, shouldn't be a mystery as they've simply named it: "11:00 PM-12:00 AM." They began their official press release description by putting in, all-caps, that the CTU will end up, putting all of their faith in Carter, so it looks like that storyline will most likely get most of the attention.

They did give us some more details about it, telling us that the CTU is going to be forced to rely on Carter to do some field work and facilitate a very important exchange. What will this crazy exchange entail? Will Carter be able to pull it off for them ?

If he fails, what will happen? Those are a couple of big, big questions for this storyline. Unfortunately, they didn't reveal any extra details in regards to that situation, so we'll just have to wait for this episode to air to see how that all plays out. One thing that we do know for sure, is it's going to deliver up some very intriguing scenes for us.

To save him

Next, we learned from this synopsis preview, that we're going to see Rebecca show up in, at least, a few scenes as they let us know that she's going to carry out a deal that if it goes correctly, would allow Donovan to be rescued. Unfortunately, they revealed that this plot isn't going to go off as intended. The big questions for this scenario, is: will the plan get altered to the point where they can't rescue Donovan?

Or will they still be able to salvage this situation and bring Donovan home, safe and sound? It looks like these questions will have to remain unanswered until the episode airs, because that's all the intel they would give on that one.

Alright, guys. That's going to wrap up our little preview session for the new, finale episode 12, because FOX wasn't willing to dish out anymore than that. There is one array of hope, though. Be sure to look out for the new spoiler/preview clip that FOX is expected to release after episode 11 airs, tonight. It should surely reveal some new details. One more thing. The press release also confirmed that we'll definitely be seeing this latest installment hit the air next Monday night, April 17th,2017 at 7pm central time on FOX. Stay tuned.
