When Josh Duggar cheated on his wife Anna, he used the website Ashley Madison to find women. This site is actually made for finding women to cheat on your spouse with and it worked for Josh. The thing is Josh is a very public person, so he didn't use a picture of himself. Instead, Josh stole a picture online and started using it to find women. Now the man behind that picture is filing a lawsuit against Josh, and everything is going to come out.

Details of the lawsuit revealed

Matthew McCarthy is very upset that Josh Duggar used his pictures on OKCupid and also on Ashley Madison.

This has him filing a lawsuit against Josh, and now in court, he is going to be pushed to reveal every single woman he talked to or slept with during the time he was using Matthew's picture. Mathew wants to know anyone who thinks that he was doing this kind of thing when he wasn't.

Mathew is saying he needs to know all of the women that Josh talked to or met up with so that he can "better understand the extent of his deception." He is sharing that Josh messed up his reputation by using his picture for something like this and wants damages. He went on to say that he is dealing with "anxiety, depression, embarrassment, humiliation, loss of self-esteem, extreme mental anguish as well as emotional distress."

Danica Dillon is one name that already came out, but there maybe a lot more.

Nobody really knows who all Josh Duggar cheated on his wife with or what exactly happened. Josh admitted to doing it but didn't share with the world how many women there were or how many times he did it. Nobody other than Dillon has come forward yet to say that they slept with Josh during this time. A lot of them probably don't want their names to come out in court either, but there may be nothing they can do about preventing it.

Right now, Josh Duggar seems to be getting his life back on track. He is living with his wife Anna Duggar again and their four children. Josh spent some time away in rehab. Now Anna Duggar is pregnant with her fifth child with Josh. They seem to have fixed their marriage. Josh isn't allowed on reality television anymore, though.

He will not be back on the show "Counting On."
