New mom Janet Jackson has split from her Husband and baby daddy Wissam Al Mana just three months after welcoming the couple's new son Eissa who was born on January 3rd. The reason behind the couple's split according to TMZ reports is that they decided to end things because they were having difficulty getting along and felt it best for all concerned to part ways.

Janet Jackson ends third marriage

Wissam is a very wealthy man, worth nearly a billion dollars according to the celebrity news site. Details of the terms of their split have not yet been revealed.

This was Jackson's third attempt at marriage. In the 1980s Janet was married to James DeBarge for a year, and then to Rene Elizondo Jr. for nine years before calling it quits.

Jackson to remain in London following divorce

Janet made news headlines in mid-2016 after it was announced that the sister of the King of Pop, Michael Jackson, was pregnant with her first child at the age of 50. Following the announcement of her pregnancy and cancellation of her "Unbreakable" world tour Jackson received negativity from some scrutinizing the singers age at the time. Since then she has pretty much laid low, stepping out publicly just a few times where again she was slammed and body shamed by some over the amount of weight that she gained during her pregnancy.

During her preganancy a source close to Jackson revealed that Janet was very excited about becoming a mother and felt it was one of the best things that has ever happened to her.

Now, several weeks following the birth of her son, Janet has still only been spotted out a few times, most recently in London without her husband, but accompanied by her mother Katherine Jackson, 86, and sister Rebbie, 66, who had come to meet the newest Jackson family members.

Katherine was allegedly traveling out of the country to stay away from the press after she claimed that she was being abused at the hands of her nephew Trent Jackson.

Following Janet's pregnancy announcement that she was expecting her first child at age 50, rumors and speculation began circulating that Janet had a secret daughter from her marriage to DeBarge that she had allegedly given up for adoption after a young woman by the name of Tiffany Whyte came forward making claims she was the love child of Jackson and DeBarge.

To date, Janet Jackson has never publicly commented on the alleged love child, despite the pubic scrunity she receieved during her pregnancy.

As for Jackson's most recent split, it is reported that Janet and Wissam have agreed to stay friendly and co-parent their son, while Janet remains mostly based in London.
