When you look as good as Goldberg, it is obvious that you have a strict diet. Now he is sharing the details of how he looks that way. Fox Sports shared that the WWE star opened up about what he eats to stay looking great. He is 50-years-old, but that doesn't keep him from looking amazing. He will be going up against Kevin Owens this Sunday at Wwe Fastlane in a one-on-one match for the Universal Championship you do not want to miss.

Goldberg's diet revealed

Goldberg did share that he has always had a great metabolism. That makes things a lot easier on him for sure. He actually had to eat a ton of food instead of hardly eating at all to look the way he does right now.

The WWE star is actually eating non-stop. He said that for his first breakfast he had six servings of oatmeal, 20 blueberries, and a couple tablespoons of honey. After that, he trained and then ate breakfast again. This time he had twelve eggs with two yolks, six pieces of bacon, four pieces of gluten-free toast with avocado. During the day Goldberg has a couple of shakes, plus gluten free pizza with a ton of protein on top of it. There is no way that he will go hungry with all of the stuff in his daily diet right now.

When Goldberg does cheat, he has popcorn, which actually isn't that bad for him. Right now he is training all the time and focusing on eating the right things. It sounds like he is taking this pretty serious and his body is going to show that he is doing it right.

He is working out until midnight six days a week. Goldberg does have a gym at his home, which helps him out for sure. He is obviously working on bulking up instead of working on losing weight. You will get to see him at the Universal Championship and see how great he looks now. It has been a while since he was in a match and fans can't wait to see him again.
