Mama June has lost a tremendous amount of weight and reportedly has gone down 10 dress sizes and now wears a size 4. Those of you who have seen recent photos of the reality star can't help but notice her drastic weight loss. Mama June Shannon has made three confessions about her journey. Her first confession is that she regrets having had the Weight Loss Surgery.
The star of "Mama June: From Not to Hot" was in tears on last Friday's episode. The 37-year-old mother of four looks amazing on the outside, but Shannon made a second confession. She said she thought she would feel better about herself, but she doesn't.
She made a third confession that she thought losing weight would make Mike "Sugar Bear" Thompson jealous, but he is not jealous at all.
Removal of excess skin
Mama June admits that the tummy tuck, breast lift, and removal of Excess Skin have taken a toll on her. She has already gone through several skin removal surgeries and more are needed. June says her body is so bruised and battered that she looks like Frankenstein.
Honey Boo Boo's mother says she is in so much unbearable pain that she is cancelling her next rounds of surgeries to remove excess skin from around her neck and arms. The last time she returned home from the doctor, she locked herself in her bedroom and vowed not to go under the knife again.
As a result of removing the excess skin around her breasts and stomach, she has suffered agonizing pain and recently learned that the numbness in her abdomen might be permanent and something she has to live with.
Goal backfired
June admitted that one of her main goals was to make Sugar Bear jealous. However, he is still planning to marry fiancée Jennifer Lamb.
Mama June threw out her red size 4 "revenge body" dress that she was going to wear at the end of her weight loss journey. Her 16-year-old daughter Pumpkin took the dress out of the trash just in case her mother changes her mind.
