Khloe Kardashian is not shy and recently shared some tips that she uses to keep her vagina fresh and healthy. For those who may have missed it, all of the Kardashian sisters have their own websites and apps where they share some of their most private stories and secrets with "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" fans for a small fee.
Khloe shares tips and products that she uses on her own vagina
Recently, Khloe shared a blog post to her app titled "8 Ways to Keep Your Lady Bits Happy," In the post, Khloe shared her tips for keeping her vagina fresh and clean as well as the products she uses on it. It turns out that Khloe has quite a few feminine hygiene products that she swears by in order to keep her kitty in tip-top shape.
Keeping in mind that Khloe Kardashian is not a gynecologist that the vagina is self-cleaning anyway, those reading her happy vagina tips should take them all with a grain of salt and not spend a ton of money on the products either.
With that said, here are a few of Khloe's tips that had us laughing and even questioning our own vagina cleaning routines.
One of the contraptions that Khloe shared with her fans is called an Elvie Kegel Exerciser and Pelvic Floor Muscle Exerciser Tracker. This device retails for just under $200 and is described as a "Fitbit for your vagina." The idea behind the machine is to not only exercise your pelvic floor muscles but to also measure how much progress you have made in strengthening those muscles by exercising them with this device. The upside is that it comes with Bluetooth capability and an app that you can use to track your pelvic floor muscle progress from your smartphone.
Is all of this special equipment necessary?
It turns out that the above contraption is not the only thing that Khloe Kardashian uses to strengthen her pelvic floor. For someone who still has no children, Khloe is really concerned about doing Kegels and keeping her pelvic floor muscles tight. Anyway, another suggestion that the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star uses to workout those unseen muscles are Ben-Wa Balls. They are nothing new and have been available for purchase for ages.
Apparently, Khloe Kardashian is also interested in keeping her vagina fresh while she's out and about so she recommended the flushable Good Wipes, that advertise themselves as "below the belt cleansing wipes."
Khloe Kardashian's vagina care blog post goes on to name several other products including a vulva cream touted as "Aquaphor for your vagina" as well as a special shaving cream that helps reduce ingrown hairs. None of the products are mainstream and can be found in regular stores except for maybe the Summer's Eve wash.
She also tried to push a "vajacial" which is basically a $75 facial for the vagina.
It seems like Khloe Kardashian's vagina regimen is excessive. While some fans are wondering how irritated their lady parts can become from so much outside attention (remember that it's self-cleansing already) certainly others are buying up the crazy contraptions and booking their "vajacial" appointments now.
