The two have actually been engaged for a year, but they have now called it quits. They met through mutual friends and dated for about two years before they even got engaged and then were engaged for an entire year before splitting.

She appreciates everyone’s understanding for their need for privacy at this time." At this time, it doesn't sound like Jodie is going to reveal anything else either. She will probably just keep what happened to herself for now.
Jodie Sweetin has been married three times before. At least, she made the decision to call things quits before they got to that point with each other. She got a divorce from her third husband, Morty Coyle, in 2013 after being married for just one year. She was previously married to Cody Herpin and also Shaun Holguin. Cody is the father of her daughter.
Jodie and Justin really seemed like things were going great for them, but for some reason, things didn't end up working for them.
Right now, Jodie has been busy with "Fuller House" season three according to her Instagram. She shared that they just did their first table read for the new season. She has shared a few pictures with Justin within the last few months, so it looks like their split is pretty recent. The fans can't wait for the new season of the show to air.
