Fan theories on the announcement

Many have questioned the sincerity of Nick Viall all season. They say that he is there for the fame - the doors that will open for him after exposure as "The Bachelor".

Of course that was followed up with the announcement that he would be joining "Dancing With The Stars".

Other fans have posted the possibility that we would see Nick change his mind. Spoilers have revealed that Nick proposes to Vanessa but after all this time could he have changed his mind and really want Raven? Many thought they were better suited than Nick and Vanessa.

Well Reality Steve has cleared up the question of exactly what the "historic announcement" is. He found out Friday and kept it secret until today but the announcement won't have a thing to do with Nick as we would assume because it is after his final rose! Instead it is a surprise for "The Bachelorette" Rachel Lindsay!

Rachel gets a sneak peek!

Filming for "The Bachelorette" is set to begin later this week. Rachel won't have to wait that long to get a glimpse of her guys, however. Tonight Chris Harrison will introduce Rachel to some or all of the men who are out to capture her heart.

Reality Steve doesn't have a lot of details but he speculates that she will be on a segment near the end of the show.

The contestants that will be on Rachel's season may be in the audience or possibly brought out from backstage. She will get a look at them but introductions will wait until the show starts taping.

In the Bachelor franchise, this is a first. Never, that fans know about, has a keeper of the roses had the opportunity to get a hint before the limos arrive on the first night. Tune in tonight to get a glimpse of the guys that will be on the next season of "The Bachelorette".
