Farrah Abraham is known for drama and controversy on “Teen Mom OG.” She has a history of being difficult to work with, having caused production to be halted more than once. With her recent return to the adult entertainment industry, however, she crossed a line that MTV could not condone.
Farrah had a brief experience in the adult entertainment industry when she was younger. MTV had seen it as a young person having made a mistake and learned from it. That is what they wanted the fans of “Teen Mom OG” to take from Farrah’s experience. When she decided to return to adult entertainment, however, an insider says that was just more than the network could allow.
Farrah spoke out on social media
The former “Teen Mom” star took to Instagram to tell her side of the story. She feels she was fired because her business ventures have better marketing and outshine that of the show. Farrah is quite proud of herself and everything she has accomplished. She feels the network has lost the biggest talent on “Teen Mom OG” as well as a hard-working and honest single mother.
Farrah had become so difficult on the show that the other girls would not be filmed with her. The years of fighting and drama had taken its toll on their relationships with her. Farrah Abraham has been slammed by fans of “Teen Mom OG” over the years as well. Social media has been lit up on more than one occasion over her questionable parenting abilities and inappropriate photographs of her daughter.
Viewers of the show know that her personal relationships are lacking as well. Farrah was so desperate for a proposal of marriage from on-again-off-again boyfriend Simon Saran that she bought herself an engagement ring, expecting him to pay her back. The proposal still hasn’t come and Simon has taken to Twitter more than once to post questionable photos and talk trash about her.
The former star no longer welcome at events
The insider who spoke out on the firing of Abraham from “Teen Mom OG” said that she is likely to have a hard time finding another job but has brought it on herself. The source described Farrah as selfish and said that she is no longer welcome at the MTV events promoting the show. The source did share that she was recently booked at a questionable club, Radar Online reported.
Farrah fans will have one final season to catch her in action on "Teen Mom OG." The premiere of the upcoming season is in November.
