jax taylor shared a throwback photo of himself and Brittany Cartwright in honor of Valentine's Day and right away, fans applauded Cartwright for losing weight. However, the photo wasn't new and all of the speculation is completely incorrect.
After the "Vanderpump Rules" star shared the photo on his Instagram page and told fans that he loved his girlfriend very much, fans immediately noticed that her body appeared to be much thinner than it has on the currently airing 5th season of "Vanderpump Rules." Included in the comments section of the photo were messages aimed directly at Cartwright which noted that she looks "amazing" and "lean" and has "lost a lot of weight."
While some fans pointed out that the photo shared was not current, others continued to weigh in with their opinions on Cartwright's supposed "new body" as others focused on their relationship.

Jax Taylor began dating Brittany Cartwright, who hails from Kentucky, in early 2015 after splitting from Stassi Schroeder years prior, and in the year and a half since, they have been living together in West Hollywood, California as they work together at SUR Restaurant. As fans have seen on the show, Cartwright's mom recently visited Los Angeles and during her trip, the topic of marriage was brought up. Although Taylor hasn't asked for Cartwright's hand in marriage quite yet, he hinted that he would soon be ready in the comments section of his Instagram photo.
After a fan wrote a message to Taylor, the reality star responded to the question of when he'd ask Cartwright to be his wife by suggesting that he'd pop the question once everyone was done asking.
As for Cartwright, she's made it clear that she hopes to one day be settled down and married with children of her own.
