Hey, "This Is Us" fans. We've got a couple of new,official spoiler teasers for the upcoming episode 13 of season 1 straight from the NBC press release. There's some pretty serious-sounding stuff that's set to take place as Kate's gastric bypass situation takes a shocking, new turn! A big romantic decision gets made by Kevin. We'll also see Jack and Rebecca go way too far in what they try to do for their kid's birthday parties, and more.
Lots of parties
They also delivered up a title for this one. It's being called: "Three Sentences." According to the official description, we're going to see Rebecca and Jack attempt to throw three separate parties for their kids: Kate, Kevin and Randall.
It's going to be their 10th birthday. Unfortunately, Jack and Rebecca are going to quickly learn that this task is much easier said than done as they will find themselves, getting heavily overwhelmed by the situation. They didn't reveal if they'll be able to finally pull it all together, so that'll be interesting to see.
Too much tension
Next, we learn that Randall will be so freaking busy, because things are going to get very intense at the office. As a result, it's going to have a major impact on he and William's relationship as he will have an extremely tough time, trying to schedule any time to spend with William. They didn't reveal when ,or if Randall will be able to find a solution for this debacle, so it'll be interesting to see how this all plays out.
Love is in the air
Elsewhere, we'll be seeing some very important things, going on in Kevin's romantic life. They'll be so important that he's going to be left with a really huge decision to make. Unfortunately, they cut the description short by just leaving us with that, so it's going to be interesting to see what this heavy decision is and what he'll end up choosing.

Kate's big issue
Lastly, it sounds like some pretty serious stuff will be going on with Kate as they tell us that her gastric bypass situation is going to end up, taking a really shocking turn. They don't elaborate on if this crazy turn is a negative one ,or a positive one. Whatever the case, they've definitely sparked up some major interest with that vague reveal. This new, 13th installment is currently scheduled to show up next Tuesday night, January 24th, 2017 at 8pm central time on NBC, so be sure to mark that date down, and stay tuned.
