Elon Musk is single and ready to mingle, but will he do so with Amber Heard, who is also newly singer after her divorce from Johnny Depp earlier this year? According to a new report, Musk has been linked to Heard for months and was recently spotted with the actress.
On November 17, TMZ confirmed Musk had divorced Talulah Riley -- for the second time. As the outlet confirmed, the judge on their divorce case has just signed legal documents to make the dissolution of their marriage official and the agreed upon settlement makes it completely clear that the now-ex-couple had a prenuptial agreement which gave Riley a cash payment in lieu of all support.
Elon Musk first filed for divorce in 2014
Two years ago, Musk filed for divorce from Talulah Riley but two months later, he withdrew his request. At the time of Musk's first filing in 2014, TMZ was told that Musk and Riley's prenuptial agreement would award Riley with $16 million. However, when it comes to their new documents, no designated amount was given. Prior to Musk and Riley's divorce finalization this time around, it was Riley who filed for divorce.
Elon Musk was married once before
Prior to his marriage to Riley, Musk was married to first wife Justine Wilson, an author from Canada. The former couple was married from 2000 to 2008 and share six children. Sadly, their first son, Nevada Alexander Musk, died of sudden infant death syndrome at just 10 weeks old.
In the years that followed, Musk and Wilson welcomed five more sons after Wilson underwent in vitro fertilization, including twins Griffin and Xavier and triplets Damian, Saxon and Kai.
Elon Musk and Amber Heard have been seen together more than once since her split
Following Heard's messy split from Depp, she reportedly spent time with the Tesla Motors founder in Miami and, as another TMZ report revealed earlier this year, they also enjoyed a one-on-one dinner date at his Los Angeles home. While no new photos have surfaced of Musk and Depp in recent weeks, TMZ claimed the couple had been seen together recently.
