The Yodeling Boy, who rose to his fame just by singing Hank Williams' "Lovesick Blues" at Walmart, made his festival debut at Coachella on Friday.

Mason Ramsey, an 11-year-old boy from Golconda, Illinois became an internet sensation overnight after a video of him yodeling at Walmart went viral, performed at Coachella yesterday.

Not only that, Ramsey's rendition of "Lovesick Blues" was so popular that it elevated the original song by Hank Williams' on Spotify's viral 50 chart and placed it on No. 4 of the list, right behind The Weeknd, Cardi B, and Lil' Dicky, respectively.

The original video has been viewed over 20.6 million times since it first posted on March 27.

Yodeler at 'The Ellen Show'

After his video went viral last month, people on the internet have been asking Ellen to invite him over to "The Ellen Show" and she did. Ellen asked him why he performs at Walmart and his reply was "Well, because, that's the only store we've got." Well, he was true about that because the store at which he performed at is about 30 miles away from his hometown of Golconda.

He also told Ellen that he dreamed of singing at the Grand Ole Opry.

After performing his hit "Lovesick Blues" at the show, Ellen surprised him with a place on the Grand Ole Opry stage, and he is set to perform there this Saturday, right after Ricky Skaggs.

Mason said he wants to go to college once he becomes a famous singer, and to make this dream of his come true, his local Walmart decided to give him a scholarship of fifteen thousand dollars.

The little kid created such a viral buzz that people from all over the world are now yodeling at their local stores just like him.

Justin Bieber at Coachella

When Mason performed on the stage, he took to the stage like a natural and managed to gather a huge crowd and, by the look of which, we can say that he did an awesome job. It was all thanks to DJ Whethan who let Mason join him on stage and perform as a guest star. Justin Bieber was also there to watch The Yodeling Boy and loved every moment of it.

Right after the performance, Mason got a chance to meet Justin Bieber. In the video below, Justin Bieber could be seen asking him if it was his "First Coachella."

Justin Bieber can relate himself to this boy because he became a huge star just like him, rocking it out on different stages.

Maybe he wants to collab with him? who knows.

Right now, Mason's fans are looking forward to his performance at the Grand Ole Opry that is going to take place on Saturday night and I have to say, he is going to be amazing.
